A.  Personal attention of your loved one’s life, physically and socially. Reasonable prices for the client and fair pay to the caregivers.

Q.  How does your service work?

A.  A confidential interview is set up to meet the client, and discuss our services and client’s needs. Victoria will introduce the caregiver for the client’s consideration. Follow up and periodic visits are made by the Owner. Weekly paperwork is submitted by the caregivers. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Q. What are some of the services offered at your company?

A. We have a variety of services and customize our services to meet your needs. Such as: Companion/Sitter services, homemaker, housecleaning, travel companions, supportive care management, escorted transportation, and even pet-sitting services.

Q. What is Supportive Care Management?

A. Supportive Care Management may be a coordination of community resources that may be available outside the scopes of our services. When needed a care plan report for short term/long term goal setting is prepare. A Care Manager may work with private caregivers in clients’ homes and oversee care to assure client’s needs are being met. Escorted transportation helps one fill our paperwork, and communicate and coordinate with medical professionals.  Bill paying and problem solving services are customized to client’s needs. These services range from a well-being visit, coordination of an upcoming move to a facility, monitoring by daily phone calls, or visits. We customize all of our services to your loved one’s needs.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. No. We have a service agreement that outlines the services to be performed and goes over financial arrangements. Services may be cancelled for any reason with 24 hours’ notice.

Q. How do I pay for services?

A. We accept private pay weekly to Victoria’s Tender Care. We also work with your long term health insurance, trusts, and guardianships.

Q. Are your caregivers insured and bonded?

A. Yes. All Caregivers and staff are insured and bonded. Victoria’s Tender Care is licensed and registered with the state of Florida in Pinellas County.

Q. How do I know if my long term insurance will cover your services?

A. At the in-home visit we can verify services that are covered and you will be aware before placement is made.

Q. What if I am dissatisfied with your services?

A. You may cancel our services for whatever reason with 24 hours’ notice. If an inappropriate Caregiver was selected, a replacement can be found. We strive to match personalities, and caregivers that are able to perform services requested.

Q. May I interview the caregiver before placement?

A. Absolutely! After the initial meeting, Victoria introduces the caregiver for your consideration.
